Registering Your Child

You are encouraged to complete our one page center application. Please fax or E-Mail the form back to us so that we may notify you when an opening is pending. A non-refundable deposit, equivalent to one week’s tuition, will then be requested and applied to your child’s first week at the center. This will reserve your enrollment. Next, we will make an appointment for you to visit the center and review the necessary paperwork for your child to start. Medical permission and a record of vaccinations appropriate to the age of your child are required before he or she can attend.

Program Tuition

Tuition varies for Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers and is payable each week, regardless of absences such as those due to family vacation or medical conditions. Tuition is based on the age of the child at the preschool center because the younger the child the more staffing it requires to provide safe and nurturing care.

Tuition for school-age youngsters is based on their weekly schedule and changes with the hours needed by each family. We recognize that the public school calendar changes frequently throughout the year which may require families to alter their enrollment schedules.

We offer a sibling discount of 20% for children enrolled full-time.

Need Tuition Assistance?

Four year olds, eligible and selected for Universal Pre K, receive tuition assistance when public school is in session. Staff can help you apply for this funding.

Working parents who need assistance paying their tuition will be referred first to their home county’s Dept. of Social Services for the Low Income Day Care program (LIDC.) This program helps those working families who earn below 200% of the federal poverty limits. For example, in 2011, a family of four can earn under $44,000 and still receive some assistance with the child care fees.

Those families with income between 200% and 400% of the poverty levels and those ineligible for LIDC will be considered for our Scholarship Program. This sliding scale, supported by the United Way and parent fundraisers, is based on individual need, household income and total number of those living in the household.

We appreciate the participation of all families in center fundraisers. This helps replenish the Scholarship Fund so that funds may be available to any on an emergency basis.
